Is the founding price really locked for life?
Yes. The founding rate applies for the life of your subscription on the plan you bought. It only lapses if you cancel. If you come back later, current list pricing applies.
What happens after the first 50 teams?
List pricing applies: Team at $299 per month and Growth at $499 per month. The founding rate is a first-50 offer and current beta teams are counted inside it.
We are already in the beta. Do we pay now?
No. Beta teams keep free access through the beta. You are inside the first 50, so your founding rate is locked automatically when the beta ends.
How much do AI calls cost?
AI calls are prepaid and sit on top of your plan: $0.25 a minute, billed by the second, from credit you buy in packs of $25, $50 or $100. Every team gets 30 free minutes of test calls first. The AI only calls leads whose sign-up form gave consent to automated calls, and only after your agents have had their head start.
What counts as an agent?
Anyone on your team who works leads, so agents and ISAs. Team covers up to 10 people, Growth covers up to 25. More than that, or more than one team, and you want Brokerage. You are billed per team, not per person, so adding someone inside your limit costs nothing extra.
Do I have to move off Follow Up Boss?

What do I actually get for the money?
Your leads sorted so the one worth the most money is at the top, a recommended next move on each one with the reason why, and the email or text written for you. If your agents get busy, the follow-ups keep going out on their own. Managers can see who is following up and who is not.

How does billing work?
Card or invoice, monthly or annual. Annual is billed for 10 months and you get all 12, so it is 2 months free. On founding rates that is $1,990 a year for Team and $3,990 for Growth, against list prices of $2,990 and $4,990.
