Plug into FUB, KW, Real Geeks — keep your CRM.

Pocket Isa sits on top of the CRM you already pay for. Connect via Zapier in 5 minutes, the REST API for production workflows, or CSV upload for bulk migrations. Your team keeps the same logins, the same workflows.

Why rip-and-replace doesn't work

Most "AI for sales" tools require you to migrate your CRM, retrain your team, and accept months of disruption before seeing value. We took the opposite approach.

0data migrations required. Your CRM stays exactly where it is.
5 minZapier setup. Time-to-first-scored-lead for most teams.
100+header variations the auto-mapping engine handles from major CRMs.
200rows per batch in dedupe — handles bulk imports without conflicts.

Three ways in. Pick the one that fits your team.

Same scoring, same Copilot, same Autopilot, no matter how the data arrives.

01

Zapier — recommended in beta

5-minute setup. Pre-built Zaps for FollowUpBoss, Real Geeks, BoomTown, KW Command, Firepoint, Google Sheets, Calendly, and any form provider. New leads stream into Pocket Isa in near-real-time. Outcomes can flow back to your CRM on demand.

02

REST API — for production workflows

Two endpoints: /api-leads-upsert (creates or updates a lead, matched by email) and /api-timeline-add (logs a call, text, email, meeting, or note). Authenticate with your API key in the x-api-key header. Each key only reaches its own team's leads and can be revoked at any time. Field schema documented inline.

03

CSV bulk import with auto-mapping

Upload a CSV of any shape. The auto-mapping engine recognizes 100+ header variations from the major CRM exports. Dedupe runs in batches of 200 with conflict reporting before any write — and category-specific sample files are one click away.

04

Same engine, no matter the source

Whether a lead arrives via Zapier from FUB, the REST API from your internal tool, or a CSV from BoomTown, it lands in the same unified pipeline with the same 100-point score, the same Copilot, the same Autopilot eligibility. One queue, many inputs.

Frequently asked questions

Everything teams ask before signing up

Do I have to switch CRMs?

No. Pocket Isa sits on top of your existing CRM. Your team keeps FollowUpBoss, Real Geeks, BoomTown, KW Command, or Firepoint exactly as-is. We read leads in, push outcomes back optionally.

How long does setup take?

Zapier setup is typically 5–15 minutes. REST API integration depends on your engineering team — most production wiring happens in under a day. CSV imports are instant.

Will outcomes flow back to my CRM?

Yes, via Zapier today. Lead-status and outcome events can fan out to any CRM using a Zap on the receiving side — your CRM stays the system of record for activity history.

What about field mapping?

The auto-mapping engine handles 100+ common header variations from major CRM exports. Unmapped fields surface for manual review before any write — no silent data loss.

Is the API documented?

Yes. The API reference lists the fields for each endpoint with a request example you can run, and has a downloadable Postman collection. You authenticate with your API key in the x-api-key header, and each key only reaches its own team's leads.

What about deduplication?

CSV imports run dedupe in batches of 200 against your existing pipeline. Match logic is email-first with name+phone fallback. Conflicts surface for human resolution before any write.

When will native CRM connectors ship?

Native HubSpot, Salesforce, and real-estate-CRM connectors are on the post-beta roadmap. For the beta, every CRM is reachable via Zapier in roughly five minutes — no engineering required.
