Pocket Isa ("we", "our", "us") provides a revenue intelligence platform that helps teams prioritize leads and take action. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data.

1. Information We Collect

• Name
• Email address
• Company name

b. Lead & CRM Data (User-Provided)

• Lead names
• Emails
• Phone numbers
• Company information
• Deal value, timeline, tags, notes

You are responsible for the data you upload.

c. Usage Data

• Actions taken inside the platform
• Pages visited
• Feature usage (e.g. imports, outreach, AI usage)

d. Integrations

If you connect tools (e.g. Zapier, email services), we may receive data from those integrations based on your permissions.

2. How We Use Data

We use data to:

• Prioritize leads and generate recommendations
• Provide suggested outreach (emails, scripts, etc.)
• Improve product performance and insights
• Monitor usage and prevent abuse

We do not sell your data.

3. AI & Processing

Pocket Isa may use AI systems to:

• Analyze lead data
• Suggest next actions
• Generate outreach messaging

Important:

• AI outputs are based on your data
• AI may not always be accurate
• Final decisions are always your responsibility

4. Data Sharing

We only share data with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database)
• Email / messaging providers (for sending outreach)
• Payment processors (e.g. Stripe)

We do not sell or rent user data.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in Section 9.

5. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored on secure servers
• We take reasonable measures to protect data
• No system is 100% secure

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You have permission to upload and use lead data
• You comply with applicable laws (email/SMS outreach, GDPR, etc.)

7. Data Retention

We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

You can request deletion at any time.

• Request access to your data

9. SMS and Mobile Information

If you give us your mobile number and opt in to texts from ListingYield by Pocket Isa LLC, we use your number only to send the messages you agreed to receive: appointment confirmations, reminders and replies to your inquiry, and, if you chose them, occasional marketing texts about ListingYield offers and updates.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

When you opt in, we keep a record of your consent: the consent text shown to you, which boxes you checked, the date and time, the page you used and your IP address.

Our messaging service providers process your number only to deliver our messages.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use means acceptance.
