By using Pocket Isa, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Pocket Isa Does

Pocket Isa is a decision-support system that:

• Prioritizes leads
• Recommends actions
• Suggests messaging

It does not guarantee outcomes or revenue.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate data
• Use the platform legally
• Comply with email/SMS laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

You are responsible for:

• All outreach sent using or based on Pocket Isa
• All decisions taken based on recommendations

3. No Guarantees

Pocket Isa:

• Does not guarantee conversions, revenue, or outcomes
• Provides recommendations based on available data
• May produce incomplete or imperfect insights

4. AI Disclaimer

• AI-generated suggestions may be incorrect or incomplete
• You must review all outputs before acting
• Pocket Isa is not liable for AI-generated decisions

5. Beta Disclaimer

Pocket Isa is currently in beta:

• Features may change
• Bugs may exist
• Performance is not guaranteed

6. Data & Ownership

• You own your data
• You grant us permission to process it to provide the service

We do not claim ownership of your leads or business data.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the platform for spam or illegal outreach
• Upload data you do not have rights to
• Attempt to exploit or reverse engineer the system

8. Limitation of Liability

Pocket Isa is not liable for:

• Lost revenue
• Missed opportunities
• Incorrect recommendations
• Business decisions made using the platform

Use at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Abuse or misuse is detected

10. SMS Program: ListingYield by Pocket Isa LLC

ListingYield by Pocket Isa LLC ("ListingYield") sends text messages to people who opt in on our website, for example on our Get Started page. There are two kinds of messages, and you choose each one separately:

• Service messages: appointment confirmations, reminders and replies to your inquiry.
• Marketing messages: occasional texts about ListingYield offers and updates.

Opting in is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help. You can also email info@pocketisa.com.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have opted out, and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• This program is available to US mobile numbers.

We handle your mobile number and opt-in data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time.
