Outreach that ships itself.
Turn Autopilot on for cold and long-cycle leads. It sends the next-best email at the right cadence, pauses on negative replies, and falls back to manual review when confidence is low. Your team stays focused on the hot leads.
The leads no one has time for are the ones you bought
Every team has a long tail of leads it never gets to. Autopilot is the answer for that tail — without becoming the spam machine you're worried about.
Built so you can trust it on the leads no one's working
Autopilot is opt-in, configurable, and conservative by default. It does not blast.
Per-lead reasoning, not generic drip
Autopilot uses the same recommendations your team uses manually, including the why-now reasoning and the learned best-performing message variants. Each send is targeted to that specific lead's signals, not a one-size-fits-all sequence.
Cadence guards and reply detection
Configurable minimum gaps between touches per channel. Auto-pause on negative replies, unsubscribes, or bounce. Auto-pause when a human replies — Autopilot never steps on a live conversation.
Confidence-based fallback to manual review
When Autopilot's confidence drops below a threshold — unusual signal pattern, ambiguous intent, novel objection — the action is queued for an agent instead of sent. You decide the threshold per category.
Learning loop — best variants get promoted
Every Autopilot send logs outcome. Variants with consistently higher reply or close rates rise automatically. The system gets sharper as your data grows. You see exactly which messages are winning.

Sends through your existing email and SMS
Your domain, your sender reputation, your authentication.
21:1 automated touches per human — and none of them work.
Our research shows the gap isn't more automation. It's smarter automation with cadence guards, reply detection, and a learning loop.
Read the analysisEverything teams ask before signing up
Will Autopilot send to my entire database?
Only if you tell it to. Autopilot is opt-in per category, per team. You explicitly enable which lead categories it can act on and set the daily/weekly volume cap.
What stops it from emailing leads who said no?
Auto-pause on negative replies, unsubscribes, soft and hard bounces, and human conversations. Sentiment detection flags angry or disengaged language and queues for manual review.
Does it use my domain?
Yes. Autopilot sends through your existing SMTP (SendGrid, Gmail, Outlook, custom). Your domain, your sender reputation, your DKIM/SPF/DMARC.
Can I see what it's about to send?
Yes. You can run Autopilot in "preview" mode where every action queues for one-click approval before sending. Or skip preview for high-confidence actions only.
How does the learning loop work?
Every send logs an outcome (reply, click, book, close). Variants are A/B tested at scale and the better-performing ones rise. You see the leaderboard per message variant and can lock winning ones.
What about TCPA and CAN-SPAM?
Autopilot respects opt-out, includes required compliance footers, and honors per-category consent. SMS sends require explicit prior consent flag on the lead — Autopilot does not bypass that.
Can we turn it off instantly?
Yes. Single toggle pauses all Autopilot actions globally. Per-team and per-category pauses available too.
