Use case · Next-best-action

Not a dashboard. A decision.

Every lead in your queue arrives with a recommended action, a why-now explanation, and a Copilot you can ask. Tell it what you want, it drafts the message, and it sends or logs it with your one-click OK. Your agents stop deciding what to do and start doing it.

The cost of "figuring out what to do next"

Even with a CRM full of leads, agents spend the first 20 minutes of every shift deciding who to call. That is not a workflow. It is friction.

81.9%of leads in Real Geeks were never called once. Not low quality, never dialed.
52.6%of new leads waited 24+ hours for first contact. The window had already closed.
91.9%of follow-up tasks were deleted rather than completed. Friction wins.
99.7%of calls had no outcome logged. No feedback loop, no improvement.

Every lead, a clear move

Four things the Copilot puts on every lead. Each one removes a decision the agent should not have to make.

01

The action: what to do, right now

"Call within 15 minutes, book a tour." "Text in 1h with weekend slots." "Send a market update." Every action is specific, time-bound, and chosen from patterns that have actually closed deals.

02

Why now: the signal-backed reasoning

Agents see exactly why this lead matters today: "Saved 2 Palo Alto listings in the last 24h. Asked about offer timelines. Touring with another agent." You trust the Copilot because it shows its work.

03

The message: ask, and it drafts it for you

Ask the Copilot to write the email or text and it drafts one tuned to the lead's behavior, subject line included, in your team's voice. Review it, then one click sends it, logs the call, or updates the lead. Nothing happens without your OK.

04

If no reply: the follow-up plan, built in

The Copilot always has the fallback ready. "If no reply by tomorrow morning, text with 2 weekend slots and a comp." The system does not drop leads. It has the next step queued before the first one finishes.

Frequently asked questions

Everything teams ask before signing up

Where do the recommendations come from?

They come from patterns that have actually closed deals, assembled from anonymized cross-CRM data and tuned per category. You can add your own messages, and the system promotes the best-performing variants.

Can my team add custom messages?

Yes. Admins can author messages per category (buyer, seller, support, general). The library is editable and versioned.

How does the Copilot pick what to do for a given lead?

It looks at lead signals (score, behavior, stage, history), agent context (capacity, recent activity), and message performance (which variants close in similar situations). The recommendation is explainable, so you see why it was chosen.

Does the message use AI to draft, or pre-written templates?

Both. The skeleton comes from a proven template, and the variables are filled with lead-specific context (their saved listings, the conversation history, market data). It is structured, not hallucinated.

What if an agent ignores the suggested action?

That is logged. Managers see the ignored-recommendation rate per agent. The system learns from skip patterns, and Autopilot can pick up leads agents consistently do not action.

How do outcomes feed back to improve the recommendations?

Every action logs its outcome (sent, replied, booked, closed). Variants with consistently higher reply or close rates get promoted. The Copilot gets sharper as your data grows.

Can I A/B test message variants?

Yes. Define variants on any message, and the system routes traffic and reports performance. Winning variants get promoted automatically based on configurable thresholds.
