Per-agent metrics that drive coaching, not surveillance.
Pipeline, conversion, response time, and SLA per agent. Filter by 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, or all-time. Click any agent to see their pipeline, their leads, and where they're missing the window.
Most team dashboards measure the wrong things
Activity dashboards count emails and calls. They don't tell a manager who's stalling, who's missing the window, or who needs help right now.
What managers actually need to see
Four sections, click-through depth on every metric.
Pipeline & conversion — per agent, per window
Open leads, qualified, closed-won, closed-lost. Conversion rate at each stage. Pipeline value. Filterable across 7d/30d/90d/all-time so coaching conversations have actual evidence.
Speed & response time — where leads go cold
Median time-to-first-contact per agent. SLA adherence. Distribution histogram showing which leads got the 5-minute window and which fell into the 24-hour gap.
Outcomes & quality — beyond activity counts
Calls logged with outcome (not just counted). Reply rates per message type. Variant performance per agent. Distinguishes "high activity, low result" from "high activity, high result."
Workload & SLA — who needs help right now
Lead-load per agent against capacity. SLA breach risk in real time. Spot the agent drowning in 80 open leads versus the one running cold. Reassign with one click.
Built for coaching, not surveillance
Who uses Team Performance
Broker / Owner
Roll-up across teams. Forecast that holds up because it's grounded in real activity data.
- Cross-team conversion benchmarks
- Forecast based on action data, not vibes
- Spot which teams are leaking pipeline
Team Lead / Manager
See who's responding, who's stalling, who needs help — early enough to do something about it.
- Per-agent click-through drawer
- SLA breach alerts in real time
- Coach with specifics, not gut feel
Agent
See your own numbers without being micromanaged. Transparency cuts both ways.
- Your conversion, your SLA, your queue

Pulls activity from where it actually happens
Email through your own SMTP, SMS through your Twilio account, lead events via Zapier or REST API.
Everything teams ask before signing up
Is this surveillance?
No. The metrics are coaching-oriented: response time, SLA, outcomes, workload. There's no keystroke logging, no screen recording, no "productivity score." The goal is coachable signal, not micromanagement.
What windows are supported?
7-day, 30-day, 90-day, and all-time by default. Custom ranges supported in the drill-down drawer.
Can agents see their own metrics?
Yes. Agents see their own numbers alongside team-anonymized medians. Managers see all agents; owners see all teams.
How real-time is SLA breach detection?
Updates within seconds of a triggering event. If a lead waits 4h 50min on a 5h SLA, the alert fires before breach — not after.
Can we customize what counts as an outcome?
Yes. Per-category outcome taxonomies (e.g., real estate: tour-booked, offer-submitted, closed). Admin-configurable.
What about agents who skip the queue?
Skip rate is logged per agent — visible to the agent and their manager. It's a signal for coaching, not a punishment.
Does this work multi-office?
Yes. Multi-tenant RBAC supports broker → team-lead → agent hierarchies with appropriate roll-ups.
